Wendy's - Oakville

I ordered a Wendy's double classic burger but received a kids double cheeseburger I went back and asked if this was a double classic and they said yes when I knew it wasen't .I think this was made for someone else but they chose not to take it because the patties where over cooked and it looked like it was sitting for awhile. Never going to that Wendy's ever again just like I told them

As usual the food was good and hot but due to a glitch somewhere, I was charged twice for my online order. A quick call and Areena found the problem and promptly refunded the extra charge. Thanks for the great food and expediting the solution to my issue.

The food, as usual was up to snuff, but the men's room was disgusting. Now this is a location that is shared by Wendy's and Tim Horton's so I am not sure who the responsibility for cleaning falls to. I was not impressed.

Wendy's menu is the same wherever you go and the quality of food is consistent. Most times I go to the drive-through. My only comment on this location is: Check your order BEFORE you drive off. Sometimes they are not too accurate.

Clean as usual, same food as any other quick take out restaurant. Very yummy and temperature of food is hot!
