Wonderful little pizza joint, been there for years. Good pizza and wings with good prices. Always student discounts as many students frequent the place. Lots and lots of parking. Friendly staff. We accidentally ordered from the wrong restaurant (wrong town) when called and explained the issue and asked to see if a partial refund could be given or even a credit for a partial order. The store refused even after speaking to Manager. They were abrupt, disinterested, rude and lacked empathy for our mistake which we fully acknowledged. In the interest of customer service we would have come back to this location furthermore would have given this store high recommendations that they would help us out. Says a lot about the manager it’s not about customer service and having return customers it’s about money.
