Good sushi and they deliver! Great consistency and lots of choice. It's my go to for sushi In oakville.

I had lunch here this afternoon. The sushi, tempura, and miso soup were good and fresh. The wait staff were attentive. The cleanliness of this restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. After paying my bill, I went to use the ladies room. It was awful. It wasn't busy so the staff could easily have gone to check the bathrooms. The state of the toilet brush (rusted with rust stains all around it on the floor indicates that it has not been replaced in recent history) was awful. I would be concerned that this restaurant is not following proper sanitation protocols when I see this kind of thing. This restaurant has a Trip Advisor logo on its window. I won't be back. My husband contracted a staf infection while we were on vacation last year. We were told that it was likely from a surface that wasn't cleaned properly.

I only ate in the restaurant once and the service was a little slow. We order delivery all the time and it is amazing! Good job!

Your average all you can eat quasi Japanese food. I was not disappointed but also not impressed. If the service was even a little friendlier I maybe writing a different review.

Customer service is so important and can make or break the establishment. I expect some sort of hello. On a Sunday evening about 7 p.m. there were about 10 other tables with customers and about 5 wait staff. We were acknowledged after waiting quite some time. We were motioned with a wave of the hands to sit down. After that it was more than 15 minutes before wait staff came to take our order. Most of what we ordered arrived, eventually. Then part way through the meal, one of the wait staff started collecting the soy sauce bottles off the tables...she took ours and I said I wasn't finished so she motioned to us to fill up our soy sauce bowls and took them away...from all the customers.
