I went in during my break yesterday (July 11 around 11:30am), and was met with the utmost enthusiastic customer service! The girl working came up to me with a smile and helped me make a selection on what drink I should get. She was very kind and seemingly generous as well. Her co-worker (male) was just as nice and was able to spark up great small talk while my drink was being made. While the food (ham and grilled che... View all feedback.
What Ms Q doesn't like about Second Cup Café:
I just went in for an ice coffee. Can you believe a small is $4:15. Come on!!! McDonald’s has an ice coffee for $1:30 right now for a medium.Second cup shouldn’t jack up the prices just bc of the location. The owner should be ashamed. Gouging people! View all feedback.
It is a very nice place to break at while being in a walk downtown. The team is very very friendly and helpful with a great customer orientation.
Food and drink are as good as other Second Cup locations. Nothing wrong there. Customer service is "meh. "Cleanliness There definitely isn 't a policy to check the place as often as it should. There are plenty of flies in the center island of the area. The island also feels wiped down with a wet cloth, not freshly cleaned at the start of the day. The lamp shades are dusty/dirty which is why...flies, and the bathroom definitely needed some cleaning.Staff Some are great, some are not great. As I write, one of them is on his phone all the time where he could be solving the fly problem, bathroom problem, also found a wrapper on the floor, but he 's not checking the area for cleanliness and crumbs are everywhere. All in all, if you want to sit outside, it 's not a bad spot to get your stuff, but the staff need to step it up on taking care of the place.
Went to grab a coffee with a friend. It's a really simple and clean interior. Lovely.
Loooooveeee the place and the vibes around it ! Strawberry banana smoothie THE BEST !
The manager Keith is really nice. He’s the reason I go there. Super friendly guy who is always really nice and willing to help out if I have an issue. I also like the outside sitting area. That’s a nice added touch for the summer. I’m not a fan of their coffee but I do like their caramel coretto and cold hot chocolate. The salted chocolate chip cookie is nice too. Their smoothies are also pretty good.Kid-friendliness: I don’t know if they still do but they used to have colouring book and crayons .Parking: There’s no specific parking. You have to park in a paid parking lot or on the side of the road. Unless it’s the weekend and then it’s usually freeWheelchair accessibility: It is tight but it’s wheelchair accessibleDietary restrictions: They have things like almond milk , I think soy and maybe oat milk for those who don’t drink dairy.
