I have been going here for years and all the employees are very nice but i have had a few bad experiences with the manager and i also saw somebody else on here say that they have to. At one point i ordered a grand big mac with 4 pattys and only cheese and ketchup when they brought it out there was no cheese no ketchup and onions i asked an employee if they could fix my burger, they called the manger over and the manager was like, ooh so i have to remake it than, and she said it in a rude way than she ripped it out of my hand and stormed off.

Management is great and I used to have zero issues but lately a large portion of the staff clearly need to be retrained. Rude, making mistakes, goofing off loudly while ignoring customers, charging for items I didn't order, and when any questions or help is asked for you get eye rolls, they look at you like you have 3 heads or the talk while walking away. As a former McDonald's store manager it's sad to see it going down this path

Fries weren’t salted properly even after i went to them and after they gave us brand new fries.

Paid for a meal, then five thirsty construction workers requested drink refills. Staff refused to give refills. I asked why they don't give drink refills and the manager said new rules since covid. I said all McDs offer refills. Manager said not this one. Before they served me my food I said refund my money. Avoid this McDonald's.
