Harvey's - Oakville

We decided to eat inside the restaurant. Even though there were only a few customers, the service was extremely slow and the communication was lacking. We could see that the staff were confused as we waited for our food.

The food at this restaurant is both delicious and served piping hot with a side of love. This was truly the best dining experience I've ever had. The staff is incredibly welcoming and the restaurant is always spotlessly clean.

I used to frequent this restaurant for their delicious burgers, which were much better than McDonald's and almost as good as A&W's. However, the quality has declined recently. The meat patty is now less flavorful, and the toppings are lacking. It seems like the server is skimping on ingredients, with thin slices of lettuce and half a slice of tomato. I will only return here as a last resort when I have no other dining options available, which is rare.

Popped by today for a quick bite to eat and wished I hadn't. It's confusing how the place had a steady flow of people but the fries were old and over cooked. The burgers didn't taste great either. Staff didn't seem to care and there wasn't a manager on site (perhaps this is why they didn't care). Would rather have gone to mcdonalds.. don't recommend and won't be back.

Our family love a nice Harvey's treat every so often. Our family is always pleased with the service and food quality. Prices are average. Harvey's provide coupons in the mail every so often or our local newspaper, so it's always nice to get that financial savings once in a while.
