Food was good; beet salad was good, cheese was nice, halibut was good, branzino was poor (overcooked and bland). Overall, it was a decent meal, at a fairly expensive price. I would return to give it another shot.

Table set in wide square with 2 tables together, made it very difficult to hear each other as we were so far apart. Server, who was chewing on something when he approached to ask if I wanted a drink, actually spit on my face when he spoke. Not a good start. Server was attentive as people arrived 1 at a time, but as time wore on became less available. Special entrée was short rib roast off the bone, was very dry and overdone, with no sauce, on blah mashed potato, a piece of hard-as-a-rock zucchini which was had a grill mark on it, and a long carrot, sounded a lot better when Server described it, I would have sent it back but Server never not around. Food was delivered by several different staff. Menu is way too expensive, certainly for what I received, not worth it. Disappointed. Will not go back or recommend.

The food is amazing, fresh, perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. Try branzino in Bronte the way it should be prepared. Grateful to have such a great restaurant in Bronte.
