Boston Pizza - Oakville

My partner and I visited this restaurant last week and had an amazing dining experience. The food was delicious, but what truly stood out was our server, Nina. She assisted us in selecting items from the menu and gave excellent recommendations tailored to our preferences. Nina was very knowledgeable and even created a custom drink for us. She anticipated our needs and provided a personalized and memorable experience. We will definitely be returning to this Boston Pizza for the food, but especially for the exceptional service provided by Nina!

The server Lauren tried to brighten up our experience, however the food quality was so-so. The ambience was too loud for my liking and booths were not so comfortable. Always busy, so it takes a while to get a refill of water or whatever else.

Disgusting bathrooms. Our seats were covered in something. The staff was very pushy about buying bigger beers. I just wanted a normal pint. IL never go back to any Boston pizza after that experience.

We didn't finish our meals. The food wasn't hot or tasty. Our server ignored us after bringing our meals. We stood at the exit for a long time and had to beg the manager to let us pay our bill since our server was too busy with other customers. We had to interrupt the manager during his conversation in the doorway with someone. Apparently, none of the staff could see us waiting there, or they just didn't care.

I recently visited Boston Pizza and had a great experience. I started with the appetizers, which were diverse and delicious, especially the nachos which were very good. I also tried the pizza and it was excellent. I noticed that there was a wide selection of pizzas with different flavors and sizes. The salads were good as well, and I still have a desire to try some of the Canadian dishes that are served in the restaurant.I'd like to add that the reception staff at Boston Pizza were excellent and friendly. I felt welcomed as soon as I entered the restaurant, and they clearly guided me about available tables and the types of food that were available. They were also willing to answer any questions I had.The service was excellent, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend visiting Boston Pizza to experience delicious food, excellent service, and friendly reception staff.Ali
