This restaurant seems small compare to other locations. But it was clean. The waitress was quick to take order and brought the food surprisingly fast even though it was a busy dinner time. Food and service were great. Definitely be back for the family night out again. View all feedback.

I had lunch today at Boston Pizza in Oakville. I sat in the dining room. I ordered the Broken Lasagna (with no onions or parm). I've had it a few times before and like it, though it's been a while since I've had it. It was really good. It was hot and freshly made. There was a lot of sausage. I suspect they were short staff because there were just a couple servers and service would have been better/more attentive. View all feedback.

We held our Meet-up there and the service and food was stellar. The VIP room works well, and the staff are very accommodating to setting it up to whatever best suits our needs. Some of our members can can be quite sensitive to the environment and the staff handled everything quite impeccably. Very Impressed. Asperger Autism Adults Teens Meet-up of Oakville
We ordered the Chicken Caesar Salad and the Pesto Chicken Pasta. The salad came underdressed, so I had to ask for more dressing. Having waited 10 minutes and tried to get the evasive server's attention, she finally but begrudgingly brought me my dressing. Having dressed the salad, it was pretty good. Not the best I've had, but decent for the fact that it's a premium fast food. My gf enjoyed the pasta, but it wasn't the best. She also found a couple uncooked pieces. I found the sauce to be extremely bland. About a year ago I had the gluten free pasta here and it tasted like cardboard cooked in sauté de cardboard. Extremely bland and a terrible gluten free pasta. Overall, not too good. Lots could be better, I wouldn't come back.
Horrible!! Ordered from skip the dishes.. I have no idea what I received but it was not what I ordered. Never again. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!! Signed starving in Oakville
Our food was fantastic but our waitress had more important priorities I believe her name was makayala sorry for incorrect spelling. She was more interested in her friends then checking on her customers. The hostess was super helpful and pleasant. And ACTUALLY ask us how our meal was and what not. I really enjoy coming to your establishment but not if we are ignored. Why tip a waitress that doesn 't do anything for you except take your order...?
