Pretzel Pretzel - Oakville

The pretzels at this place are consistently excellent! I highly recommend the bratwurst pretzel. You can't go wrong with the pretzel nuggets and cheese either. However, the downside is that some of the staff don't seem very friendly and appear unhappy to be at work. It's ironic since they wear shirts that say something like "good food equals a good mood."

I ended up ordering the 15-piece Nugget Combo with Jalapeño cheese, while my husband opted for the St. Louis Style Pepperoni Melt Combo with Salsa Con Queso. Unfortunately, I didn’t get any pictures because he devoured his meal in no time! On the bright side, the cheese dips were fantastic—especially because I could actually taste the jalapeño. Many places only have dips that smell like it without the flavor! I couldn’t finish all of my nuggets, not because they were too doughy, but because they were way too salty. Even after scraping off some of the salt, there was still a lot left. I would definitely recommend this place, especially if you enjoy pretzels and pork, since the food was fresh and hot. Just be cautious about the saltiness!

The staff here is fantastic, and the pretzels are a highlight! My son is a big fan of the Pretzel Hot Dog, and the gooey butter and mac and cheese pretzels are incredible too.

I was in desperate need of a delicious, salty brown pretzel after picking my child up from football practice. When I arrived, Jack Eller greeted me like a true gentleman and satisfied my cravings almost like a miracle. As my son Cory would say, "It's bussin!" Thank you, Jack Eller!

Last week, I placed an order for 10 soft pretzels and 24 nuggets for Super Bowl Sunday. When I called, the person on the phone informed me that they only offered large orders or the 72-nugget tray. He mentioned that we needed to order in advance for that day. I visited both locations today and was disappointed to find that they didn't have any pretzels available. Several other customers were also turned away. This is not good for business.
