Despite some issues, most guests enjoyed their dining experience, especially with servers like Amanda, Agata, Alissa, and Shahlaa who provided excellent service. The restaurant seems to be hit or miss, with some customers vowing to never return while others plan on coming back for the generous portions and reasonable prices.
Our server while pleasant and well intentioned, was servicing too many tables. This resulted in waits that were too long. She apologized and explained they were "holiday" short staffed
The reason I rated my visit to Montana's so low it was CLOSED when our party arrived ! What's the point in making a booking, if the place isn't even open ??
I wasn’t overly thrilled with the food quality, service or the value for the dollar at Montana’s. The service was slow and inattentive, the ribs were tough and chewy and the quality wasn’t there for the items we ordered. I will not be back
We were tabled by the exit door which wasn’t even in the dining area. It was freezing cold. The waitress was great which was the only thing that made it almost bearable
Food was great and Brittany our server, was amazing and friendly
