I'm not a fish eater but this place has a few dishes in their menu that i absolutely love! I love the basil Smash cocktail also! This time I had the kale salad with chicken. Awesome. Table service was great. The ambience is beautiful on a summer/early fall day. View all feedback.
What Cathy descamps doesn't like about Cove Bar Oakville:
The view of the waterfront and sail boats was wonderful. The food and drinks were over priced for ordinary quality, small portions and mediocre taste. Waiters should wear something more professional; shorts showing butt cheeks is not very professional for the clientele that was in the restaurant. View all feedback.
Great service … view is deceptive…not on the lake … beet salad was outstanding
The ambiance and service was great. The only downside was that a lot of the dishes contained alcohol and so the options were very limited. We hope that the menu becomes more inclusive.
Great overall restaurant with amazing seafood options, service was a little disorganized but overall turned out ok. Fantastic indoor/outdoor options. Would definitely recommend for a nice sunny day !
It was great! Especially with half bottle wine offer
It was too cold to sit on the patio as no heaters were operating. Unfortunately there were a number of flies in the restaurant. I’ve been several times previously with an excellent experience so I put this one down as just one of those times that it wasn’t. I’ll definitely be back.
