They are always pretty nice here. Occasionally an order might be wrong, but there's room for human error, of course, and they are always very willing to fix it, if so. I've only had it happen once with an order. The only other time was when they asked if we wanted a crown, so we said yes (for our cat, of course. He loves those things for some reason) and forgot. Went for breakfast and they have no salt and no butter. Food was cold won't go there for breakfast again.
