We got there at 10-12 minutes before closing, the employee saw me... read more This location rarely has many donut flavors, but I tried to swing by tonight for my daughter. We got there at 10-12 minutes before closing, the employee saw me pull in, made eye contact, then locked the door and hid in the back. He came out again and started mopping once I got back in my car. Staring at me the whole time. Seriously? I know it’s annoying to get a late customer, but I wasn’t going to ask for anything requiring heating up!

The woman in the front was extremely rude about it and refused to issue me a refund! I had to wait for another 10min toget my money back which the other employee practically threw back at my face. Will never go back here again!

When I w... read more Stopped by to order donuts a few days ahead for my daughter's birthday. We were told by her school that they'd individually wrapped donuts for parties. When I went in to ask about it the man behind the counter was shaming a mom for ordering her kidslattes. He screamed that it was her problem if she wanted to give her kids caffeine. Then when I was up he said that wrappingindividually wasn't something he would do and that getting them ordered was my problem and not his problem, but that he didn'twork in the morning anyways. Tried to call to talk to a manager but the phone doesn't work and of course he refused to give theinformation for his manager or owner. Supposedly DVM group, but I have yet to find them. Go to the one in Fairfax instead
