Dunkin' - Oaks
Dunkin'
Description
At this busy Dunkin' outpost, convenience and variety vie with uneven service. Patrons enjoy the drive‑thru, rewards app, affordable coffee, bacon and avocado-hummus toast, and classic doughnuts. Yet recurring problems — wrong orders, inconsistent brewing, rock‑hard pastries, rude staff and refund friction — point to lapses in quality and customer care. Regulars praise speed and selection, but visitors with dietary needs or high expectations should double‑check orders and be prepared for variable service.

Feedback
Have tried the Glazed Sour Cream donuts at several locations. The ones at the Oaks Dunkin are the best.
Service has been pretty inconsistent lately. Poor drink quality. Also, have your cashier clean his dirty nails
As a long time coffee lover with stomach issues, I had given it up for a month or so. I was feeling particularly weak in my resolve one morning and decided to cave and have a cup of cold brew from Dunkin. Why Dunkin coffee varies so much from day to day I’ll never know. Some days the coffee tastes terrible and stale, some days it’s burnt, other days it’s good. Today was a bad day to break my no coffee streak. No idea how cold brew can taste both burnt and stale, but it did. Dunkin seriously needs to up their food game. Service at this location seems good enough.
The staff here welcomes you with a smile and is exceptionally friendly and efficient.
