The woman who served us was incredibly rude—I've never encountered anyone so impolite in my life. We planned to kick off our day trip with some good coffee, but she completely ruined it for us. If you’re having a bad day, please just stay home.

It’s cold in November—why would I want an iced coffee? The customer service was awful, and the latte itself was disappointing.

I've visited this Dunkin' location three times, and each visit has been disappointing in terms of both customer service and product quality. I kept coming back... read more I've visited this Dunkin' location three times, and each visit has been disappointing in terms of both customer service and product quality. I kept coming back because I believe in giving second chances and understand that people can have off days. However, all three times, the staff at the counter seemed slow to take my order, appeared annoyed by my presence, or just seemed uninterested in working. The coffee was consistently not brewed properly, and the employees never said thank you or you're welcome. I won't be returning a fourth time.
