My mother had a fantastic and thoughtful experience at this Shell station on her way back to Colorado. She accidentally left her phone behind and they were kind enough to send it back to her the very next day! What Patrick Kissman dislikes about Shell:
This gas station has the absolute worst gas pump layout that I have ever seen at a gas station. The gas pumps are all in a line and there are parking spaces right next to the pump. It is incredibly difficult to get to the pumps in the center especially when people leave their cars at the pump when they go inside. Unless you absolutely need gas go to another gas station. I don’t appreciate the hypocrisy.You deal with strangers all day. Me wearing a mask means I am less likely to get you sick.You not wearing a mask and laughing it up with anyone else not wearing a mask puts me and everyone else at risk.Think about it genius.Thanks.

The reason I was visiting this establishment was to wait for somebody that was coming from Colorado Springs, to pick me up after crashing my car on I-70.Not only were the employees so accommodating, they really went out of their way to be supportive, but their customers are even sweeter! Two different people gave me a $20 bill, only one of those people knew I was in the accident.I was there waiting somewhere in the neighborhood of 3.5-4 hours. I wanted to say something positive about this gas station because it is more than that. These folks are working for minimum wage probably and still find it inside themselves to help those in need that may come through. It is God's work being done, through these wonderful people.Plus this place is just sweet. The IHop connected was such a lifesaver.I just want to say thank you for making me feel at home in my hour of need. I appreciate what you do.

Better than average gas station. This place is more like a full service truck stop than a simple gas station. The layout both inside and out is somewhat confusing and the signage inside could be better (bigger and more contrast in lettering). However, one can only do so much with how the facility was constructed. We thought the store side of things was unusual and interesting and reflected the nature of the area. We visited May 2023.

Gas pump card reader didn’t work. Worker said multiple people had told her that already but they still didn’t put a sign up to let people know. Breakfast sandwich in the warmer was very soggy and the coffee was extremely watered down. Save your time and money and just drive down to the Casey’s where they do things better.
Super clean bathrooms. Animals to look at. So great.

If you're the kind of truck driver that likes to have breakfast don't stop here. Both the IHOP and Subway don't open until 8:00 and the Sonic next door doesn't open until then either. They never have hot food out for breakfast so you're stuck with getting a Pop-Tart or something along those lines.It's ridiculous to me that a truck stop would have restaurants that aren't open 24 hours or don't open super early in the morning so that way the drivers that come in can get hot meal. I am leaving at 5:00 a.m. and there was nothing inside to hot to eat. Otherwise if you don't care about breakfast this place is pretty good the restrooms are clean and there's lots of parking.
The bathrooms are great - clean and touchless, with hand dryers and paper towels. There is no door to enter the bathrooms. They were very clean both times I visited, although the floor could use a better mopping. My wife also mentioned that the bathrooms are always clean whenever she uses them.
We found this to be a convenient stop off I-70. The restrooms were impeccably clean and there is the added bonus of having an IHOP and Subway nearby.
Free RV Dump This is a fantastic spot! The prices are similar to those at convenience stores, the place is exceptionally clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly. It's conveniently located right off the highway, making it easy to access.
