I didn’t leave a tip with my online order because I planned to tip the delivery driver... read more I ordered a large chicken garlic pizza, a medium cheese pizza, and wings. I didn’t leave a tip with my online order because I planned to tip the delivery driver in person. However, when my order arrived, I found five or six hairs baked into the cheese on my chicken garlic pizza. While I might understand if it was just one hair by accident, this felt intentional, possibly because I didn’t tip upfront. I will never return to this restaurant and hope others think twice before ordering from this place.

NEVER AGAIN WAY OVER PRICED in California. I am guessing i am use to RenoNevada prices. Retired senior with abundant fixed income still prices under BIDEN PRESIDENCY the economic Future is bleak withfuel prices over 100% increase. Pizza in Future will have to be on hold next time. No economic recovery with price back tonormal! No more Round table ouch after 50 years as customer. GOOD PIZZA VALUE PRICE HORRIBLE I am really feeling the RoyalReward sitting down lol

Perhaps it?s due to the departure of some of their senior employees who really know how to operate a pizza business but it just seems a little bitunrefined and their execution could use a little bit of polishing.

We ate there, and even though they were short staffed and told us it would be a 30 minute wait, they went out of their way and brought our pizzas to our table in about 15 minutes! Great service. Great pizzas and salad bar. Expensive, though.
