I’ve been visiting this Jack in the Box two to three times a month for lunch with my business partner, and I have consistently been impressed by the outstanding customer service. The staff is friendly, quick, and efficient. We always choose to order our food inside. Additionally, I believe Jack in the Box offers the best fast food selection around. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Jack In The Box:
24 hours? I have to go through the 11 and come to find some chairs that block the drive. I try to go in the lobby to open the door when a worker from his car jumps from the parking say that they are on a “30 min lunch”. the whole place was closed. he asked for a manager and was told that there was no manager for the staff. guessing as there is no manager, the staff will guide the place as they please: . that is jack for them.
Got home with my ultimate cheeseburger and fries(I live across the street) 2 dried out patties one slice of cheese and ketshup, thats it. the bun was so dry and thin, burger and fries were barely warm. never again. my dog was happy.
The girl who took my order and that I dealt with at the window was very nice. However, the fact that the drive thru system was in pieces made it hard for her to hear me and part our order was all wrong. Under normal circumstances I wouldn't complain about this type of thing, BUT the doors are kept locked and the drive thru line was ridiculously long. So there was no way to get the order corrected without waiting in line all over again. So we left and went to Carl's Jr. We will not be back!!
Do not use the mobile app at this location!!!!! Have always had issues ordering with the mobile app here, which is a shame because they have great coupons. Well the other night was the final straw. After placing my mobile order at around 1:30 AM, I got to the restaurant to find out they were closed. So why did you accept my order when half the time you guys won?t accept it when you?re OPEN. So I thought no big deal, I?ll get the meal I paid for the next night (this is not the first time this has happened unfortunately so I?m used to the situation). However I went back the next four nights to find out they were closed every night. Well tonight I go through and ask about my order, and they say they have no record of it, so I have to go through the hassle of calling corporate just for a $9 refund. Done with these guys I?ll just drive to Brentwood or Antioch from now on, even though this location is literally a two minute walk from my house. Such a shame
Everything thing was okay. Just okay. The wait staff didn't greet me, look at me when speaking to me at the window. I wasn't treated like a customer, just another person passing through the drive thru window. It would make my day if an employee would have acted like they like their job! Could it have been because I only ordered a salad and a cup of water???
I've been going to this locations for the past 2 years, and I love Jack, so I never really had the need to post a review, but I was mistreated today from this locations. While I was ordering the woman over the mic interrupted me and stopped taking my order, when I pulled up to the window I told the nice cashier that I wasn't finished ordering and she finished my order but when I got my food I found that 2 of the tacos I ordered were drenched in sauce to the point where it was leaking out of the little bag. The woman who took my order clearly was having a bad day but I don't appreciate that she took it out on me without reason. Regardless I'll still go to this location and hope she has a better day. Thanks Jack!
