To many times I get home and open my fish supper and it is lacking chips. So stingy on the chip . But not all the time. No consistency. Sorry but I think I will be going elsewhere from now on. Edit after meal. Omg this was not good. Fish is rubbish batter is rubbery a soggy I through this in the bin, it was so bad. Change of mind I will not be back. don't waste your money. Was apprehensive about trying the chip shop after reading the reviews but so pleased we decided to try for ourselves. Just had fish suppers and WOW the fish was amazing, fresh ,crispy batter with great chips. Thought I’d give it another go with new owners. Last one was terrible, this visit just as bad and more expensive. Unpeeled chips that were soggy. The batter on my fish was made by wrigleys, **** horrible. To add insult, they are charging more, I can only assume this is to compensate for the lack of customers. Used to be the best chippy. However tonight’s fish supper was dried up fish more batter than fish cold chips hardly any in the box. This was us giving it another go as last time batter wasn’t cooked and soggy inside. No more chances. Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
