I am a return customer of Pat’s Pizza since moving into the area 18 months ago. My son and I love their pizzas and rate them very highly. Tonight there was a mistake at my end with our order. I felt compelled to publicly thank Pat’s Pizza for how the situation was handled. Massively appreciated, my son is fed and happy. What a disappointment. It took two hours for my food to arrive, even though I live just five minutes away. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business; choose somewhere else where you’ll be treated like a valued customer. View all feedback.
