After we flew from san diego to oakland, we stopped for lunch and ordered the vogelsandwich. it was enormous, like a good Deli sandwich, too big to get her mouth around. it was delicious and very cheap. we will definitely return on our next trip to oakland. View all feedback.

Came today after closing the time after a cookie and the worker in the shop attacked me. we have been before and had some great sandwiches, but if it is a long day and they come through the cookie hook up they won me. I'm glad to get some sandwiches soon.

I finally found a great sandwich shop in oaktown! very friendly, attentive and great sandwiches. “One must try!”
WHOAH! For any vegan/plant curious folks out there, the Saint Francis is THE BOMB. ? also, the inside is super cute. A couple of outdoor tables as well. Wish I hadn’t ordered to go, I didn’t realize the space would be so inviting! A real gem on this side of Oakland ?
