Came in from Texas for a music fest here. Awesome 300-400 capacity venue. Little tight toward front of stage but sound was phenomenal. Place was crowded but never a line for the bathroom and the bar is easy enough to elbow your way to the front of. Real gem of a place. View all feedback.

prepare to have the bartenders, whether they are white or black, ignore them when they are Asian. on the bare standing, the only person who tries to order or try to make eye contact, and the bartender behind me points to my white friend and asks what they want. the bay area is müll. Really nice little club, intimate, with very cool decor and vibe.
Great place! Glad they were able to survive the pandemic! Slight remodel with small booths makes for a much more comfortable environment when wanting separate from being a part of the crowd. Hoodies are DOPE!!
The Golden Bull is literally like my second home. I have so many amazing memories and experiences at this bar. The staff, owners and co-owners have always been so friendly, professional and sweet. They have amazing shows and not over priced drinks!! The bartenders are also the sweetest!! I love this place and highly recommend it!
One of my favorite places to be in Oakland! Great taste in bands and deejays. I am not local, but on my last two visits I got to see amazing bands and soul/power pop sets by local deejays. I wish this was *my* neighborhood hangout! Great atmosphere, and a decent size to see a show that makes it feel intimate and yet spacious enough at the same time. Professional staff and friendly management. Will for sure return on future visits to the Bay Area!
Pretty cool daily specials and live shows. Went on a Tuesday to watch Le Vice play and it had a decent space to dance around.
