I’ve sampled nearly everything on the menu—including rolls, nigiri, and bowls—and have enjoyed it all. My favorite is their omakase nigiri set, which changes infrequently and always features a buttery, melt-in-your-mouth fatty tuna. The value here is exceptional given the quality. Parking nearby can be a challenge, and I hope they add sashimi to the menu someday. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: $10–20

Ebiko offers a wide variety of high-quality sushi options. We tried the chirashi bowl, salmon aburi, and unagi nigiri, and everything was fresh and delicious.
