Classic Guilin Rice Noodles - Oakland

I was intrigued by Classic Guilin Rice Noodles when I passed by and decided to give it a try with a friend. We ordered the Beef Brisket and Crispy Pork Guilin Rice Noodle 牛腩，脆皮桂林米粉 as well as the Special Small Bowl Rice Noodle 合味特色一口粉. The Special Small Bowl Rice Noodle came with a variety of different noodle samples, allowing us to try different dishes. I enjoyed both the Beef Brisket and Crispy Pork noodles, as well as the Special Small Bowl noodles. The flavors were delicious and the variety was interesting. The restaurant itself was spacious with clean and nicely decorated interiors, giving off a traditional Chinese restaurant ambiance. The service was friendly and efficient, and the food arrived quickly. In addition to noodles, the menu also offered stew, hot pot, and rice plate options. The prices were reasonable, making it a worthwhile dining experience if you are in the area. I look forward to returning to try more of their dishes.

My mom and It's favorite noodle spot of all time ever. My body feels like new when I have one of their classic bowls. Food really is medicine . Please try it out. Their laiyou stuff is also delicious if you want a little kick

This restaurant is family-owned, welcoming, and peaceful. It had been two decades since I last tasted these noodles. Memories flooded back of enjoying them once a week in the past. The large bowl I ordered was just as delicious as I remembered, but I couldn't quite finish it all.

I would rate this restaurant a 7 out of 10 for its authenticity. The prices are reasonable and it's a great choice when you're craving Guilin rice noodles.
