Mcdonald's - Oakdale

I went to order in the app and use my points and wait outside for my food but after I punched in my order and points it told me I had to go to the drive thru because curbside was closed. I went to then use my points at the drive thru but they disappeared. The Girl at the window was rude and gave me a B.S. excuse.

Poor customer service. Shut me down before I could finish my sentence. Got order wrong and her tone was rude . We won't be returning and advising friends and family to bypass that McDonald's and to let others know. We need.more caring and educated in manners and respect in this world. Not people that do great in an interview, then be obnoxious and uncouth once they get hired.

This McDonald's location has plenty of parking available and a lot of seats as well. The time I went, it was pretty quiet, which I prefer. Food quality and service is like typical McDonald's. I would definitely recommend this McDonald's location if you are in the area

I Love McDonald's ! It's the Best ! I GET my hash browns or my sausage McMuffin with coffee or juice ! I am a Happy Lady ! Just Don't bother me when I eat my fries !
