Kalici is in the wrong job cannot take care of customer complaints. She had a very bad attitude.

We ordered from the menu expecting something different from our usual restaurants, but the fries were dry and cold, and the milkshakes were just liquid. I asked for a refund, but the staff said she couldn't do that. They replaced most of the food, but my husband, grandchildren, and I ended up feeling sick. Not even 10 minutes later, my grandchildren started vomiting during our trip. Meanwhile, my husband and I were both dealing with stomach pain. The next morning, another grandchild began to vomit. This KFC definitely needs to be inspected.

The coleslaw was disgusting and appeared to have been sitting in a dirty container for weeks; parts of it were brown and slimy. Both the health department and KFC corporate should seriously think about closing this place down—it's a complete disgrace.

After waiting at least 20 minutes, he finally received the order and came home. Our 8-piece dark meat bucket included 2 legs, 2 wings, and 4 breasts, all cooked very crispy. I wish there was another option for fried chicken in town, but I guess the alternative is simply not to go there and opt for a burger, tacos, pizza, or hot dogs instead.
