On the advice of a few friends I made the trip to Fasty's today. Had rib, sausage and pork. Ribs were the best I ever had. Better then the ribs I had at John Mull's Road Kill Cafe in Vegas, and, I admit, better then mine. You don't need a sauce, perfect bite, excellent smokey taste, but not to surpass. Sausage was top notch, embarrassing, but not excessive. Pulled pork was very delicate, I did not get any of the bark... View all feedback.
The best place in town for bbq! They are. Unless you go to the house of beef, but the meat is super tuf. The tri tip here is great, delicate and always has a nice smoke ring on the meat. Be treated very well there. Girl on the front is super beautiful and welcoming. They never skip on the meat. I can't stay away. Oakdale needed such a place!! Thank you for being open on Monday!!
This place is awesome. Brisket was on point. Good char, super moist, and the flavor well you just need to find out for yourself. Will definitely be coming back.
Our have-to stop on our way up the 108! Owner was kind enough to give us some scrap brisket and water for our husky. She loved it! The whole family is a fan. Thanks Fasty's!
Best bbq brisket pulled pork and turkey in California, comes close to coopers in Llano Texas
Pulled pork was very delicate, I did not get any of the bark, so I could not really get the taste of the rub, but the sauce woke it up and it was very good. I had the Cole Slav, delicious, slightly tasteful dressing, used some with the juicy pulled pork on their role for a small sandwich. The mother-in-law and pig belong together! Next trip through the Cowboy Capital in the world, and I'm back!
