Wendy's - Oak Ridge

Excellent fast food chali. best for almost food retailers and better than most restaurants, with none of them fresh from the dose they all seem to have. fresh, light, fleshy. excellent with crackers!

I'll give you five more because the workers who showed up today and smile on their faces deserve an increase. I waited near 30 minutes in the car ride thru for my food. when I got into the window, I warned one of her workers that two other cars pulled behind me (I didn't want them to spend time making extra food that would be wasted at the end) because of the waiting time and I asked why that was waiting so long. I was told that only two of her workers showed up for work. that is absolutely ridiculous! please treat their workers with respect. if they don't have enough coverage to keep a steady flow and not about the work of their employees as closing their business for the day or near early! 2 employees are not enough people to run an almost food restaurant! if we can't close, they should call other local wendys to see if someone wants to earn money and pick up an additional layer!

At last you have to taste the breakfast here and it was delicious! Normally I would say 'delicious' about any almost food restaurant, but the cookies were especially good (taste house made) and the spiced pommes were hot and super! the staff was very nice and we had a great tour visit and will recommend and come back! thanks wendys 's of oak ridge!

Faster, friendly service. our orders have been correct and fresh. they are really good about special orders or additional/removing ingredients. the Sunday crew is excellent; it is our favorite time to go because eating is so fresh. I know how difficult the church attacks are.

Doing this review five days after the fact, and I can't remember anything. However, this is good news! I literally had a craniectomy two years ago. Lol If it had been a bad customer service experience or I waited way too long or my order was not 100% correct, I WOULD remember. I know their line is sometimes long, but if it was, it was moving like it should. Go Wendy's!
