The Boba Company - Oak Ridge

Let me share this with you about this store.... the employees are very kind. polite and professional. The smoothies they prepare are superb and the environment at the store is very relaxing and calm!!

I met who I presume was the owner and I asked for something a little off menu which was a blueberry milk tea and they let me try it and it was great! I think they should put it on the menu for an official item I think other people would love it too :

The lady took my order and kept adjusting her AirPods, I asked if there were caffeine free options and she mumbled and wouldn’t articulate her words so I had no idea what was even said. I ordered the peaches and cream boba and asked for popping boba but what given tapioca. When I asked for it to be made with popping the other employee said it was my fault for not specifying a flavor but I was never told the flavor options, my transaction was just rushed. Also the display picture has POPPING boba. They then both stared me down until I grabbed my drink and said I would leave, they then offered to “remake” the drink but still blamed me for not knowing what they offered. Both employees were extremely rude. Whoever is working on 10/28 definitely doesn’t need to be in any type of customer service.

I really love Boba. This is one of the best places I have found in Orlando. The lady at the register helped us figure out what tasted good and what something might taste like. She was super patient with us. We were the only ones there but still very kind. I'll definitely return. The drinks were both tasty. I ordered the dragon fruit and mango. The other was coconut with a mixture of Boba pearls and fruit.

Love this place!! Real authentic Boba and they have non dairy options! Owners are super nice!
