What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
I ordered our meal on the sonic app. I thought the app was convenient and efficient. after the ordering and reception of our food, however, I realized that we lacked a BLT toaster. I returned to the load and went through the drive thru and told them that a sandwich was left out. they tried to solve the problem quickly, but the exchange was badly done and without professionalism. After that, I pressed the red button to get an update, and they told me they would bring it out shortly, but it took another 20 minutes. In the end, I received my shake, which was fresh and the only thing that was. Unfortunately, the rest of my order was not very good, and it was difficult to drink. They did offer a voucher for a free ice cream cone or a free shake, which was a nice gesture, but overall, I was really let down by the service. I would suggest avoiding this place on Sunday nights at 9 o'clock.
This place is fantastic! I visit Maryville at least once a week for work, and I always choose this restaurant for my meals. The staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. My favorite dishes are probably the grilled cheese with speck and ice, the kirschkalk, or the speckburger with chili and jalapeños.
I like sonic. for fast eating they have a lot of choice and are quite fast. the location oak ridge is in order, the service is good. Probably 4 burger stuck in a small pocket is not the best. just one suggestion.

I was excited to eat at sonic, but on arrival the stalls were too narrow for a truck without folding in the mirrors. After we ordered it took about 12 15 minutes to get the food and the popcorn chicken appeared to be the scraps at the bottom because it was all breading and no chicken. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location.
