What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
On Tuesday, 5/3/22, I ordered food for my children and myself. I mistakenly provided the wrong address, but I realized this when the delivery driver sent me a text. Feeling terrible about the extra inconvenience and knowing the high cost of gas, I quickly gave him the correct address. The pizza is fantastic and the delivery times are always speedy. This is our go-to spot for pizza delivery.
I love Pizza Hut, honestly the only place I get pizza anymore. Big Dinner Box is always perfect for the family for when no one feels like cooking. I honestly don't care what negative reviews. I'm always honest and I would bet most those negative reviews are Karen's who tried to get free food. I said what I said
The pizza is fine but perhaps this store should consider buying a knife to cut the pizzas into actual slices. Since I moved here in summer of 2020, I've had to cut the slices of every pizza my family has ordered. We really like Pizza Hut and I'll gladly purchase and deliver a knife for the Oak Ridge store if you need it that badly. We love the BBQ chicken pizza and Buffalo Chicken pizza which use to come with bbq or wing sauce but that has stopped. We now have to be sure we have those sauces on hand since Pizza Hut has stopped providing those (without explanation)
