This was very good and I really enjoyed it.

The gentleman ove... read more This morning I went into this Panera bread to get some bagels for my family because we lost my niece's husband yesterday in a tragic accident. The gentleman over in the bakery was so very kind and understanding. He gave me an extra desert for our family. He sure did not have to do this, but it is greatly appreciated. I wish I would have caught his name. Thank you so very much you really touched my heart at such a tragic time.

For $13, I... read more **Cons:** Unfortunately, they often seem to be out of the items I want, particularly baked goods, and I've noticed that portion sizes have decreased. For $13, I was expecting a generously sized bowl of rice and chicken, but it was only about half the amount I anticipated! It seems like Panera as a company has declined significantly, as I’ve noticed that the dining room is usually quite empty when I visit.
