Panera Bread
Description
Panera Bread in Oak Ridge, TN, offers a blend of delightful dishes and challenging service. While patrons rave about the Broccoli Cheddar Mac Cheese bread bowl and the Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich, complaints about long wait times for delivery orders persist. We went to the Panera Bread in Oak Ridge, TN. Went through the Drive-Thru and order the Broccoli Cheddar Mac Cheese Bread Bowl. This was very good and I really enjoyed it.
Don't trust this place for lunch rush, they drag bad. Food is still good, it's just very slow.
This morning I went into this Panera bread to get some bagels for my family because we lost my niece's husband yesterday in a tragic accident. The gentleman over in the bakery was so very kind and understanding. He gave me an extra desert for our family. He sure did not have to do this, but it is greatly appreciated. I wish I would have caught his name. Thank you so very much you really touched my heart at such a tragic time.
**Cons:** Unfortunately, they often seem to be out of the items I want, particularly baked goods, and I've noticed that portion sizes have decreased. For $13, I was expecting a generously sized bowl of rice and chicken, but it was only about half the amount I anticipated! It seems like Panera as a company has declined significantly, as I’ve noticed that the dining room is usually quite empty when I visit.
