**Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag of Experiences**
A recent visit to a local KFC has sparked varied opinions among patrons. While some experienced disheveled staff and frustrating service that raised concerns about cleanliness and management, others were pleasantly surprised by a new ownership that seemed to have revitalized the establishment. Customers reported inadequate staffing and long waits for orders, contributing to a lack of customer satisfaction. However, those fortunate enough to dine under the new management spoke highly of fresh meals and attentive service. Overall, this restaurant remains a topic of debate, as it strives to balance customer expectations with operational challenges.

I didn’t end up eating at this restaurant, and here’s why. We were craving KFC and pulled into the parking lot. While waiting in the car before going inside, we noticed an employee get out of a car. He had just finished smoking, and what really caught our attention was how disheveled he looked. Having worked in fast food myself, I could tell this wasn’t just the result of finishing a shift. We ultimately decided against dining here. If the staff appears unkempt, it raises concerns about the cleanliness of the restaurant. It’s unlikely we’ll be back for another visit.
When did KFC close their lobby during the middle of the day? Please put up a sign that you are only a drive thru now.
The restaurant offers delicious, traditional chicken dishes. There is ample parking available, including options for handicapped accessibility.
My husband and I went to eat, and there were only two people ahead of us in line, with no cars at the drive-thru. A woman in the back was loudly yelling not to take any more orders. It was really frustrating. They need to learn how to treat customers better. This place is a joke.
