Jimmy John's - Oak Ridge

I ordered a turkey sandwich but received a mistake instead. The sandwich had only a small sliver of turkey, light lettuce, and little mayo. During my visit on 3/1/24, the sandwich maker was very rough with the ingredients and did not include any additional toppings or tomatoes. I was disappointed with the quality of my meal and will not be returning to this location. It's understandable to have a bad day, but it's not acceptable for it to impact a paying customer's experience. The store should improve their management and ensure better service. This restaurant was previously rated a 5, but this experience was not up to par. I will not be dining here again.

I ordered jimmy Johns and subway today I was always a subway guy till the ne employees made it so dry it was hard to eat I’ll pay extra and get jimmy Johns from now

The individuals at this restaurant were fantastic, providing excellent service and serving delicious food.

I am very disappointed with this restaurant. Every time I visit, there are always problems. My meal had to be cancelled because they didn't have the necessary ingredients. I will be calling the general manager in the morning to address this issue.

Absolutely the worst most ignorant staff. Hand you your food without a bag and look at you as if your supposed to carry out all the food, and look at you like you have two heads, these people have no clue about being a human
