I really appreciate the positive and cheerful attitude of the staff at this restaurant. As soon as I walk in, my mood instantly lifts. Not once have they gotten my order wrong. I absolutely love Dunkin's caramel espresso. Every visit, I feel seen and valued, even when they are bustling with customers. It's rare to receive such personalized attention, especially during busy drive-thru rushes.

The staff at this restaurant is extremely friendly. When we walked into Dunkin' Donuts, it was very busy, but the team worked together efficiently. It was clear that they were on top of things and no one had to wait long. Our coffees were hot, fresh, and made exactly as we requested. Overall, a job well done!

I love going to this coffee shop. I have never had any issues with my order. My favorite items to get are the latte and munchkins. The staff is always friendly and the app makes ordering very convenient, especially for drive-through orders. They do get busy, but they always make sure to start preparing the order once it's close to being placed on the app. They also have a cozy atmosphere and kids enjoy coming in as well. The seating is comfortable for those who want to stay and relax.
