not enough space for a place with so much traffic, but a part of the dining room was locked for something. the service was fast. beautiful building/place and has actually provided a little parking space. View all feedback.
What Gwendolyn Schmitt doesn't like about Chick-fil-A.:
the outside of this chick-fil-a is beautiful, but it is the worst kept, worst managed chick-fil-a that I have been in one. the restaurant was not crowded when we left. there were 5 employees who pick up orders, but not one person in a cash register. it took 5 minutes until someone came to the register to take our order and then arrive 15 minutes for our order. the bathroom were dirty with müll over the floor. looks l... Would leave a 0 if it was an option. my man waiting has a curb-side order for 2 milkshakes and after arriving and for 40 minutes, he went in and both of our shakes sat on the counter while a bucking idiot standing around and cutting, etc. that is a embarrassment to the company Chick-fil-A, and I will report it to her company! will not be back to this place.
Never a good experience here. always, without failing, forget my spicy and stumbling. rude. and I have never heard the iconic thing I like here. my order was wrong this time and they also did not contain any forks for my salad.
I am literally counting 11 people loitering behind the counter with one register open in a crowded lobby. Goofing off, wandering around with no sense of urgency, and gossiping with customers they recognize. I have been standing here for ten minutes waiting on a lemonade and iced tea. And it's not even the lunch rush. I'd like to say this is an isolated accident. However this seems to be a theme with this location of late. Errors in orders, long waits, and other service mishaps speak to managers not staying on top of things. This CFA seems to Have forgotten how to service their customers.
I go to chic fil a weekly at home and I was at an appointment and went here (hours away) and it was the best location I've ever been to. Ever. I've lived all over the world (military) food was hot, fresh, great. Service was not the most professional as a lady told me another employee made a mistake on the color of my shirt (how they lable you to give you your food inside) but no issues. Will go again.
My sons and I stopped at this Chick-fil-A while we were out of town from North Carolina. I was extremely, extremely disappointed with the attitude and the lack of care that we received here. We waited longer than anyone else to get our order, and while we were waiting most of the servers were standing around joking, and I actually heard them say you better make those shakes, and the another said I ain't doing that. I don't normally talk about race and I certainly don't throw around the race card, but I really got the feeling that racism had something to do with this visit. My boys and I are white. Just about all the people working here were black. To me that's not something that I normally take note of, but the attitude and the stares and the way that we were treated certainly made me feel like we stood out like a sore thumb. Really, really strange. I am a bit concerned that there's a possibility that our milkshakes were spit in or something like that, probably not, but I got that kind of feeling that they could realistically do something like that. I love Chick-fil-A, and I hope that management sees this and is able to talk to their employees that were on today and talk to them about their attitude. They also didn't complete our shakes, with a couple of them not getting whipped cream or cherry. They also told me that the reason why our order took so long was that they were making a new batch of fries, but the fries that they gave us were definitely cold and old. When we asked them for straws and spoons for our shakes, they gave us more attitude.
