I visited Wokan through the drive-thru, and the woman at the front counter was very rude due to them getting my order wrong. I ordered a steak biscuit combo with a side of gravy, but they treated me as if I were lying when I asked for my receipt. Even after showing my receipt, they continued to be rude and gave me a hard time until a gentleman named Teso intervened and confirmed that I was correct. I appreciated his support and gave him a $10 tip. However, because of this experience, I won’t be returning.

The customer service was exceptional. The drive-thru attendant was truly wonderful, and we really enjoyed our meal. I wish I knew his name because he was fantastic!

The restaurant opened nearly 10 minutes late, causing a line that stretched all the way to the turnpike. No explanation was provided, and I'm still waiting for my food. If you’re going to open at 4 AM, you should do so on time. The food was just mediocre.

Unfortunately I received cold fries, dry chicken and pood service. When I came back to get a refund (which I did receive) the initial employee who greeted me apologized and offered to remake the food which was fantastic customer service however, the tone completely changed once her manager Kelly came to the register. She decided to lie to me and say they made all the food fresh and said would check the temp on the fryers with a very passive agressive tone. As I was walking out she yelled at me to have a nice day and come back which I replied after this experience I probably will not be and for some reason she thought I wouldn 't hear her say ,as I walked out the door, good we don 't want customers like you anyways. As I turned around she scampered into the back and her employee tried to cover for her and would not provide me any contact information for the general manger or a franchise owner stating she was a minor and did not want to be involved in anything. I understand being understaffed but it is no excuse for being rude when you made a mistake. Will not be back.
