This particular Applebee's is usually quite busy. Jobs are highly prized so they can get quality people which helps. Fairly updated and nice. Lots of televisions and a spacious bar area. The food is good. My complaint would have to be the portion sizes. I regularly have to order above and beyond a standard dinner because it is not sufficient. If fact, on my last trip I ordered and ate two entire dinner entries with no leftovers. It's not the same restaurant of 20 years ago where you left with a to-go box every time. Drinks are expensive.
As always, the experience was fantastic! Our waitress, Danielle, was incredibly sweet and attentive. The woman she was training, whom I believe was named Kylie, was also wonderful. At the Oak Ridge Applebee's, the service is consistently exceptional! You'll never wait more than 10 minutes for your food, regardless of what or how much you order. This team really knows how to deliver!
