Sweet Monster Bubble Tea, Ice Cream Deserts

This place is great and a fun experience. Seating is extremely limited so be prepared to take your treat to go.

Drinks are good and their store is our go-to whenever we crave for bubble tea. However, just had a very bad experience with their staff today. Went to their store to pick up the drinks we ordered online, only to found out they gave away our orders to UBER EATS! No idea how that happened but I guess we just lost $22 for someone else’s drinks. The lady did not even apologized nor offered to replace our drinks, very poor and disappointing service!

First of all, I was surprised to see that the average rating was on the low side, as I had a good experience. Maybe I got them on a good day?Regardless, I went with a friend, and we both got rolled ice creamI got the Orea Dream, while my friend got Chocolate World. Both were tasty, pretty, and reasonably pricedIt's a rather small place, so you're better off getting it to go.I'm definitely going to go back to give the other menu items a try

Ordered for the first time on the website, was ready when I got there! ??Reason I give it 3 stars is because this is my third time coming here, and the atmosphere isn’t friendly.

Delicious bubble tea! Staff is friendly. I’ve only had good experiences here.
