What Nick J doesn't like about Primo's Pizza Oak Park:
I wish they sell the place back to the original owner the new owner he is bringing it down to the ground everybody in oak Park is talking about it, he using cheap ingredients is not the same no more, the slices don't be cheesy and meeting no more. He don't have the original menu, you can't buy fish and chips or nothing. If you notice he been down for 3 weeks, he's not making no profit like that. to the person who own... View all feedback.

If you notice he been down for 3 weeks, he's not making no profit like that. to the person who own primo's now, if you readinf this message. Get back the quality cheese that we used to have, don't make the slices look like it really have nothing on it. The last two owners they had it before you, they kept everything the same. Primo's lines used to stay long, you barely have customers now, you should never bought the business, if you wasn't going to do it right.
I haven’t been to Primo’s in awhile and wanted to try it since they’ve reopened under new ownership. Food definitely does not taste good like it use to. The sauce container opened in my box of food so there was bbq spilled all over the inside of my carry out box. I then complained and the employee mentioned that the containers aren’t that great and gave me more bbq sauce in a bag. The containers of bbq then busted in the bag. The wing dings were awful and they couldn’t even tell me how many came in the order.
Recently visited this pizza place that I remembered eating here when I was a teenager. It used to be so good. I have no idea what has happened and how do you mess up pizza! This was the worst experience ever. I had family visiting from out of town. First of all, rude customer service, no greeting and the lady had a dry attitude. I placed an order for pepperoni pizza and I got a cheese pizza! Disgusting! I can make a better pizza at home. Wings look terrible and taste awful. Breadsticks were big and dry.So disappointed with them. I will never visit again.
Very, big disappointment, and it hurts to leave such a bad review. I much rather prefer to promote local small businesses, but this deserves to be called out.I called around 5pm on Mother’s Day to order dinner, and no one answered. The call went to voicemail and said they were busy, and the outgoing message recommended ordering online due to higher than average call volumes. So I ordered and paid in full online, but when I arrived to pick up our order they were closed! I was not the only person standing at the door wondering what was going on…Both Google and their website said they were open.
Primos used to have my wife’s and my favorite pizza and chicken in the area, when the pandemic hit and they shut down we just counted days till they reopened. Sadly they changed recipes, the pizza lost much of what made it so great now it’s just another pizza, but the toppings are mediocre. The fried chicken with the corn meal crust is sub par and tastes like they added Tabasco sauce to it (many people can’t stand the taste or even smell of Tabasco). Sadly my wife and I decided yesterday is the last time we’ll be ordering from them.
