What Nick J doesn't like about Primo's Pizza Oak Park:
I wish they sell the place back to the original owner the new owner he is bringing it down to the ground everybody in oak Park is talking about it, he using cheap ingredients is not the same no more, the slices don't be cheesy and meeting no more. He don't have the original menu, you can't buy fish and chips or nothing. If you notice he been down for 3 weeks, he's not making no profit like that. to the person who own... View all feedback.

Get back the quality cheese that we used to have, don't make the slices look like it really have nothing on it. The last two owners they had it before you, they kept everything the same. Primo's lines used to stay long, you barely have customers now, you should never bought the business, if you wasn't going to do it right.
I on e worked there many years ago. What happened? Too bright! Next premade salads and they don't look great. No slices ready, it's 8pm on a Friday. No sticks ready! Waiting 10+ mins for slices. I'm watching people waiting for over an hour for their orders... My memories are broken! I would not recommend getting anything from this place. What a bad experience!! If I could give zero stars this would be it. Very disappointed ?.

Let me just start by saying I normally do not do reviews. I have been coming to this Primos for many years along with many family and friends that often order from here. I know there has been a few transitions between ownership recently and that has showcased through their business entirely. Since the previous owner, me along with many other people were waiting to have the original Primos brought back to its former glory and be one of the best pizza places around. I have ordered from here multiple times and my findings of this establishment are quite off in a sense. While the staff is very friendly and accommodates to our needs, the inconsistency of the overall quality and presentation of the establishment is what brings this place down. I recently ordered earlier in the week and noticed that my usual order was quite different as the cheese from the pizza seemed to be a downgrade and the salad was a bit different from usual. I thought nothing of it, thinking that it must have been one of those days there. I then made another order the other day and was greeted by the same problem as before. It does not appear to be the people making these orders making it a problem as other customers have nothing but nice things to say, leaving it to be the overall quality to be changing. Whether it is from cutting costs on certain items or constantly changing recipes, this is not the original Primos way. It fills me with great sorrow that this once great pizza place is slowly coming down to its last. They are always low on refreshments and seem to barely put in effort with the place as it is the same thing every single time. If they want to continue this business and make it much better as it was before, perhaps they should consider taking more affirmative action or change ownership to someone that would be willing to raise this such low standard and make this place great again. Looking forward to hopefully a change soon and hoping that someone can lead this business into the right direction instead of driving away business.
