What User doesn't like about Mookey's Beans Greens:
Even the cornbread was terrible; I regret not taking a photo of it before I threw it away as soon as I opened the container. For $46.64, I could have had a much better meal at a restaurant like Motor City Seafood in Detroit for that price. The only thing that was decent was the greens, but everything else was a letdown, particularly the pot roast and mac and cheese.

The service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. However, I found the food to be quite salty for my taste. I ordered greens and black-eyed peas as sides. The fish was good and not overcooked. My partner had corn and sweet potatoes, which I noticed had way too much sugar, and I was correct in my assumption. He really enjoyed the oxtails. Just a note: it's important to ensure that their high blood pressure and diabetes are well-managed.
From the very first bite, I knew the food would be exceptional. It was truly delicious, and I'm so glad I decided to stop by!

To the management: please consider improving the quality of your dishes, hiring better chefs, or finding new recipes. This experience was really disappointing. I almost wish I could get a refund but I accept my loss here. I should have stuck with my usual spot instead of trying something new.
