My experience at george’s was awful. Half of my group where people of color and we felt as though our service was drastically different because of it. My party had to wait at least 20 minutes compared to the other white patrons around us, and when our food finally arrived it was inedible and disgusting. This has been my go to spot for breakfast. I was really craving a good breakfast after a stay in the hospital and this place came up on my map. We gave it a try and years later its still my go-to spot for breakfast! Fast and friendly service and the pancakes are so very fluffy!!

My family and I used to love coming to George's. It deeply saddens me that used to is the key element. On JANUARY 3, 2022, we were met with distain from this restaurant. My question is do the staff hate black people or people in an interracial family? Despite being seated before many others, we were ignored and served only when other guests were addressed.
