I eat Chipotle 3-4 times a week and my number of visits to this location is probably close to triple digits at this point. 99% of my visits have been positive, the food is prepared quickly and with care. I have never gotten sick from the food here as I have with other Chipotle locations. I have also built up a positive rapport with a few of the employees here as a regular. I do not have complaints when it comes to the quality of the food, however on more than one occasion they have been out of an ingredient, sometimes for more than 1 day. I am seeing a lot of negative reviews about this location, people need to chill out, this is not some 5 star restaurant and yet reading some 1 star reviews you would think that it is. Also, there is a national employment shortage right now so yes some orders might take a while as many places, including this one, are understaffed. Plus this is a VERY busy location in the middle of a busy area. People need to take a chill pill and stop freaking out over a slight wait or a mistake in their order. I've been here close to 100 times and can confirm this is a good location. This is a Chipotle people, not some Michelin star restaurant, get your expectations straight! 4/5 stars
Chipotle recently introduced sofritos to their menu, a soy-based protein marinated in chipotle seasoning that can be added to taco salads, burritos, or tacos. Their beans are now all vegan, no longer offering meat options. They also offer brown cilantro rice that is cooked without antibiotics. It's a great option for those looking for a Carnivore experience. Overall, Chipotle is a restaurant that truly listens to their customers' needs and preferences.
Chipotle is consistently a great option for vegan food, whether you're in Oak Park or anywhere else. It's a reliable choice that offers tasty and healthy options.
Chipotle now offers sofritas, a delicious plant-based protein marinated in chipotle sauce, that can be added to a taco salad, burrito, or tacos. The beans are all vegan and they offer brown cilantro rice. They prioritize using humanely raised meat without antibiotics. It would be a bonus if they also offered a Carnivore experience.
