I went through the drive-thru and had to wait a few minutes, which was understandable considering my $60 order. However, they forgot to include my apple fritter in the bag. It's important for them to double-check orders before customers leave any establishment. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
The manager and worker at this restaurant were absolutely awful and displayed unprofessional behavior. I placed a mobile order and when I informed the worker that we never received our vanilla cone, she rudely told us that they were not going to fix it and called for the manager. I arrived at the restaurant more than an hour before their scheduled dining room closing time, but the doors were already locked. The friendly woman working at the drive-thru informed me that they were out of ice cream and shakes.
This McDonald's location is the worst in the area. Every time I have visited, they have served me stale food. I will never dine at this McDonald's again.
I ordered a Frappe through the mobile app on February 1, 2024 while leaving work, expecting it to be ready when I arrived. I parked at the curbside because the drive-thru line was typically long. I waited over 20 minutes, then decided to go inside to get my Frappe. The manager blamed another manager, claiming he had just arrived. However, this excuse did not explain why it took over 20 minutes to make a simple drink.
Friendly staff makes the FOOD even better. Fine people work here :

The workers should have more respect for their job and follow protocol. However, the young man at the counter was very respectful.
