We have to eat flowers in there! I'm living on the island often feels like I've spent the time. The kiosk system here is a surprise. Best regards and hardworking people keep things clean. 1 star to the Karen Corporate Manger Lady, which was on site today. Above all, there is no need to shout surrender. What W doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Cheap (not in price necessarily) burgers, fast service. The inside is a hellscape of dystopian proportions. One sad lonely little “pseudo register” and very little seating. I remember this location growing up. Lots of space and big up front register area and big menu board. They probably only kept the Play Place because it was cheaper to leave it up than tear it down. This McDonalds has come a long way in the last few years- in terms of environment, food quality and staff. The revised quarter lber is likely rhe best chain burger you'll get, the new environment is clean, minimal and thoughtful- and the new staff more professional and proactive. This new McDs is trying to compete with Chikfila level fastfood quality.
This is the first time I've ever been to a McDonald's that got a large order completely right and didn't forget anything! Great job to everyone who worked on Sunday evening. Everyone was really friendly too!
This applies to all McDonald's locations, as they tend to be quite similar. In my view, McDonald's has lost its former charm. The quality of the food has noticeably declined. Most of the time, the staff at the counter seem uninterested in helping customers, as they're too occupied with Door Dash orders and drive-thru service. The atmosphere inside feels dreary now, whereas it used to be bright and cheerful. They even have flowers on the tables, trying to present it like an upscale restaurant. The only thing remotely upscale here is the price.
Affordable burgers with quick service, but the interior feels like a scene from a dystopian nightmare. There’s a lonely little "pseudo register" and hardly any seating. I have fond memories of this location from my childhood, when it had plenty of space, a large front register area, and a big menu board. They probably kept the Play Place just because it was cheaper to leave it than to tear it down. I wish I had never gone inside, as it tarnished my nostalgic memories of this place.
Okay, I know it 's McDonald 's. I don 't expect much. But y 'alls employees working yesterday (05/19) around noon doing curbside pickup orders and in the grill area were REAL petty. I ordered curbside through the app and ordered extra sauces both on my big macs and on the side. I paid for any sauces the app would let me pay for. It 's already counted out of your inventory as part of the sale at that point. ANYWAYS not the point of this review. The extra sauce request seemed to mortally offend them because they were so busy making sure we knew they could only give us half the sauces we asked for (which is fine, I 'm not mad about that) that they forgot half of our nuggets and put so much sauce on the big macs that there was literally about 2 inches of Mac sauce. I was looking for like, an extra click of Mac sauce from the Mac Sauce gun. Not whatever this Mac Sauce with a side of burger monstrosity was. It just really had the petty vibe of You want extra sauces so bad? Well here you go . Not trying to be a Karen or anything but like dang guys. I didn 't realize that asking for options available in the app was such a wild inconvenience for y 'all.
