Applebee's Grill - Oak Harbor

I cannot believe they charged $3+ for 3 sad little pieces of broccoli. Either charge less or add more to the serving. I feel like I wasted my money and I would not have ordered if I knew the serving was this tiny

The 8 oz sirloins are bad cuts of meat. They were hard to eat because of all of the silver skin and grissle. Cheese bites were too salty

The service was good and was not discharged. This is the second time getting what I ordered on two different days and again record was not similar to the image advertised. But everyone was kind and patient.

The Fiesta Lime Chicken was very disappointing. The cheese was hard as a rock, there was no sauce on the chicken, and the chicken itself wasn’t trimmed properly, making it tough and unchewable. The rice was dry, and the entire meal was served cold.

Loree and Diana provided exceptional service during my visit. Among all the Applebee's locations I've been to, this one stands out as the best—I had no negative experiences at all. I even spoke with the manager to commend him on the outstanding job he’s doing and to highlight how well he chooses his staff. I highly recommend Applebee's; it's a perfect place to unwind after a tough day, enjoy a meal with family, or even just relax by yourself.
