I heard a lot here, but never. Petro took the restaurant out so that this place was a piece of heaven. Great food and great staff. Waitress with multicolored hair was a peach. I'm doing this now View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Kc Baby Back Ribs:
Not what I expected! Brisket is super dry and cut into tiny strips. Why would you cut it like bacon? Stripes? ? Also all fat is reduced to zero. This is definitely how you NOT cook and serve Brisket!! Smoked Chicken was fine. Won? View all feedback.
Honored by this wonderful gall in the pictures, as a week old trainees I urge all to come and meet them while filling your belly with some killer smoked meat. We had a loaded baked potato, the BBQ Sunday and had to try it out. Everything was great and very well portioned. The ribs were perfect and simply pulled out of the bone. The house BBQ Sauce is excellent and the hot sauce has a bite, but is child-friendly. We're coming back!

Don't get me wrong, the food was good... Really good! But... Michelle was the best part of the experience. Great suggestions, super friendly and amazing follow through with refills and check for me. Will definitely come back for food and for the amazing family feel here! Also try the hot sauce on the ribs. Just enough kick. Merry Christmas, Michelle!

Make sure you order ahead to get the best service if you passing though on 70. When it comes to Ribs, these guys are definitely doing it right. I get special requests frequently from friends and family in Omaha to bring them KC Baby Back Ribs. Try the spicy ones!
