Constantly delivering my orders to the wrong address (4+ times), once sent me the wrong order and the delivery driver calls me directly to argue that they gave me the correct order when it was 100% wrong, not a single item was mine. I gave JJ a few month wait, and ordered tonight and received mayo on my sub when idk if its even possible to order mayo on what I got. I called to get a refund and was told I can only get... We order food online. We pick it up. Orders have been correct . Never sat down to eat.
Always tasty, always fast. The dine in area always feels like an afterthought, crowded with boxes or supplies; odd.
Very good service and their Unwiches are made correctly.
Ordered delivery, it's going on 2 hours and still not delivered. Called store twice, food is still there waiting for delivery. Freaky slow!
