Sweetgreen - OAK BROOK

Yesterday I came to an salate and it was so good. april blended my salad perfectly and added a large amount of dressing, each bite was incredibly tasteful. I will come back in definitiw!

This location needs to do better. I got a salad here today, and the staff members were courteous, and they smiled...I gave 2 stars for that. Otherwise, I would have given zero stars!!! When I tasted the salad...I was immediately turned off because it's gritty, and that says the greens are not clean enough. ? This is not the sweetgreen standard. I've been to multiple sweetgreen locations all over the city and suburbs, and I've never experienced that.

Great salad. However, the staff move at a snail’s pace. The line could be 20 people deep but they never show any sense of urgency to get through orders. As someone who only gets a short amount of time for a lunch break, I don’t want to spend the majority of that time in line. I once 20 minutes in line waiting on the staff to get through 4 other customers. How is that acceptable?

Stopped by for lunch today and had a delicious salad! Great job guys!

First time here because my girlfriend recommended it for dinner. Calm atmosphere and many options made for an appealing setting. A gentlemen by the name of Luis made my bowl and walked me through their process. Incredibly satisfied with my meal and service.
