I always enjoy going to Costco most times I find what I'm looking for. The only problem I have is that there are never people to ask a quick question, I don't like the fact that if I have a question about how to find an item I have to go before the store. The Costco in Schaumburg had an employee who basically trembled because they did not have the Citi Bank card and I was one of them. This happened when customers tried to pay for their purchases. I'll never go back to the store in Schaumburg. View all feedback.
